  • garlic - 10 cloves
  • walnuts - 2/5 cup (100 g)
  • bread - 2 slices of white
  • olive oil - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 ml)
  • lemons - 4 tbsp juice
  • water - 4 - 5 tbsp
  • yogurt - 1 cup (250 g)

How to make

Soak the bread in water, then squeeze it out. In a blender, put the bread, garlic, walnuts, olive oil, lemon juice and blend them to a paste.

Dilute this paste with water while blending, until you obtain the desired thickness for the sauce.

For a different spin on the original recipe, add 1 cup of yogurt to the blender.
