How to make
The mackerel is cleaned and cut into pieces, which are about 5 cm in size. Arrange them in a deep greased baking pan.
Cut the onion and grate the carrot and put them in the baking pan. Pour the canned peas.
The cucumbers are cut into circles and added to the fish. Pour tomato juice over them to cover the portions.
The flour is dissolved in the water and poured into the baking pan. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Bake for 1 hour.
