How to make
The carp is cleaned and washed well and it is left to drain.
The onion and minced meat are fried in oil, the mushrooms and spices are added - savory herb, paprika, black pepper and walnuts.
The rice is boiled and the minced meat and spices are added to it and everything is mixed.
The stuffed carp is sewn up, only leaving a small hole and the stuffing is stuffed through it.
When it is stuffed, it is sewn up. The St. Nicholas carp is placed in a greased baking pan, pour a little water and cover it with foil.
The stuffed St. Nicholas carp is baked for 30-40 minutes in a heated oven, add the remaining stuffing from the fish and a little oil.
Bake for another 20 minutes.
