How to make

Clean the bonito well and cut it crosswise into slices. Wash it very well.

After you have cleaned the fish, sprinkle it abundantly with the juice of a freshly squeezed lemon and leave it for 30 minutes.

Roll the bonito in corn flour, in which we have added salt and black pepper.

Place the pan on the stove and fry in hot oil - until it has acquired an appetizing color.

Place each piece onto kitchen paper.

This is the fried bonito recipe.

The recipe for grilled bonito is the following.

Clean the fish, but don't separate it into two. Leave it whole.

Season it with white pepper and pour plenty of lemon juice, then leave it aside.

Heat the grill pan to the maximum and grease the fish itself with olive oil and grill it on the skin side first and then turn it over.

Grill for about three minutes on each side.

Serve the grilled and pan-fried bonito.
