How to make
Add the water in the yogurt and leave it a while.
Meanwhile, sift the flour into a bowl and mix it with the salt and sugar. Make a well and pour the yogurt into it.
Knead a smooth medium soft dough and divide it into 4 equal parts. Form balls and roll each one out on a floured surface (diameter approximately 13-15 cm).
Grate the cheese (you can also use Emmental or Cheddar) and in the center of each rolled out ball place 2 tbsp. of it, then fold towards the center and in the middle press with your fingers to seal the rolls nicely.
Arrange them in a greased or baking paper lined tray, if you wish, you can place them on the smooth side, as I did, but you can also place them on the opposite side - where you joined the dough - that way it is a more original option. Put a slice of butter on each roll and put them in a 200°C oven for about 20 minutes or until golden brown.
Serve the rolls slightly warm.
Enjoy your meal!
