  • ayran - 1 cup, thick
  • baking soda - 1 tsp
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • flour - about 3 cups
  • filling
  • feta cheese - 7 oz (200 g), crumbled
  • eggs - 1
  • butter - for smearing

How to make

Pour the baking soda and salt in the thick ayran, stir and gradually add the flour until you get a thick dough.

Divide the dough into 6 equal parts, form them into balls, roll out each ball into a thin sheet. Distribute part of the pre-mixed crumbled feta cheese and egg in middle of each sheet.

Bring the edges of the sheet together to form a baggie, flip the baggie over with the joined edges on the underside and roll out into a thin sheet once again.
