How to make
Boil the potatoes in salted water. While still warm, almost hot (use gloves to avoid burning yourself), peel them and mash them well with a fork along with the butter, flour, salt and spices.
Allow the resulting puree to cool completely.
Chop the onion and fry it until lightly browned in the heated oil. Add the minced meat and garlic (grated) and stir until crumbly.
Then pour the paprika, black pepper and cumin, as well as salt to taste and cook for another 1-2 minutes on medium to low heat.
Allow the filling to cool and then shape the patties. Scoop a ball of puree, flatten it, and place the filling in the center. Twist and close the ends and form the patty.
Roll each patty first in beaten egg, then in breadcrumbs and arrange them in a baking tray covered with baking paper. Drizzle them with a little oil or olive oil and bake them in a 220°C oven until they acquire a light golden brown color.
Serve them warm or cold - they are equally delicious.
Enjoy your meal!
