How to make
In a large bowl, combine the minced meat, minced onion, garlic and parsley. Then add the egg and breadcrumbs and season with spices to taste.
Leave it in the fridge for a few minutes to rest. Divide the finished mixture into 8 balls.
Roll out each ball with the palm of your hand and place a piece of mozzarella in the middle. Carefully fold and shape the meatball.
Fry them in hot oil for 3 to 5 minutes on each side or until golden brown. Serve them immediately to allow the center to melt.
The ground beef meatballs with mozzarella are ready.
