How to make
The chicken legs are washed and the excess fat is removed. Then they are boiled for 45-60 minutes in water with 2 cubes of vegetable broth and very finely chopped or grated garlic and onion.
During this time, the remaining vegetables are cut into equal sized cubes. When the meat is cooked, it is removed and deboned. During this time, add the chopped vegetables to the broth and boil.
Add the chopped meat back into the soup and add a handful of noodles.
Leave the chicken soup to simmer and season it to taste with soy sauce, salt and black pepper. If desired, chili flakes can be added and the soup can be thickened with yogurt and egg.
In the winter, I like to add a few slices of ginger to the soup right at the beginning of cooking to prevent colds.
