How to make
Peel the potatoes and grate them on a grater. Grate the onion and finely chop the parsley.
Put the minced meat in a bowl.
Squeeze the potatoes with your hands and add them to the minced meat.
Add the onion, parsley, egg, mustard, black pepper, marjoram and salt, if needed.
Mix all of the ingredients very well and shape the frikadeller with your hands.
Roll them well in breadcrumbs and fry them in heated oil on all sides.
Remove them and place them onto kitchen paper to absorb the excess fat.
Serve the frikadeller warm with a seasonal salad.
