How to make
The meat is salted. In a saucepan, melt the butter, add all the spices except the spring onion and garlic.
Rub the meat well with this mixture. It is covered with onions and garlic.
Pour 1 cup of beer, 1 cup of water and a little oil into the saucepan.
The baking pan is sealed with foil and put to roast at 370°F (190°C).
Per kilogram of lamb, the roasting time is about an hour.
Remove the foil from the Roasted Lamb and roast for a further 15 minutes.
