measures

How to make

The zucchini are cut into small pieces and fried in the fryer on the roast program for 6 minutes at 185°C. Then they are taken out and set aside.

The minced meat is mixed with the vegetables and spices. 4 tartlets are obtained from it. I use silicone molds.

When you shape them, make sure the minced meat walls to stick out above the mold. They should be higher. The shaped salted tartlets are baked on the roast program for 8 minutes at 370°F (185°C).

The finished minced meat tartlets are removed from the molds and placed back into the fryer basket.

The roasted zucchini are mixed with the dill, garlic, salt and beaten egg. The mixture is distributed in the tartlets. Then bake for another 8 minutes on the same program and degrees. Finally, sprinkle some grated cheese on top and bake for 2-3 minutes.

You can also bake them in the oven at 360°F (180°C).

If you don't have such silicone molds, you can use some bowls or clay molds.

These Air Fryer Minced Meat and Zucchini Tartlets are absolutely delicious.
