  • lamb liver - 0.9 lb (400 g)
  • vegetable mix - 1 package frozen 1 lb (450 g)
  • sour cream - 7 oz (200 g)
  • vegetable broth - 1 cube
  • oil - 2 tbsp.

How to make

Wash the lamb liver well and boil it in water with the broth. After it is cooked, cut it into slices.

Put the vegetable mix in a pan along with the oil. Let it stew like this for about 10-15 minutes.

Transfer all this into a suitable baking pan and arrange the sliced liver slices on top.

In a separate bowl, beat the cream with a little water and pour it over them. Place the baking pan in the oven to bake for about 20-25 minutes.
