How to cook
Crush the garlic in a cup. Add olive oil and wine.
Wash the lamb chops and arrange them in a baking pan. Sprinkle them with salt and black pepper.
Spread them with the garlic mixture. Pour the rest in the baking pan.
Sprinkle them with thyme and rosemary. Cover the baking pan tightly with aluminum foil.
Bake the lamb chops at 360°F (180 degrees) for about 1.5 hours.
Remove the foil and bake until they aquire a golden color.
Take them out, leave them to cool slightly and serve the oven-baked lamb chops.
