How to cook
We wash the pork hearts well. Put them in a deep pot, add salt and black pepper to the water and cook until soft.
Take them out, leave them to cool and then cut them thinly.
Crack the two eggs into a bowl and dip each piece in the egg, then in the breadcrumbs and again in the egg.
Fry the appetizer in hot oil until golden.
The breaded pork hearts are ready.
