How to make
The brains are washed, cleaned and soaked in lukewarm water for at least an hour. They are then placed in boiling water to boil for 20 minutes.
Remove them and cool them with ice water.
They dried and dipped in a breading prepared from the specified products. Fry in heated oil.
Then they are arranged onto kitchen paper to remove excess fat. They are served with a slice of lemon and parsley leaves.
