How to make
Cut the potatoes and zucchini into cubes. Fry the potatoes first, then add the zucchini and pour some water. Let them cook until soft.
Add the diced tomato and crumbled white cheese to them. Add spices, chopped parsley, salt to taste and mix.
Cut the peppers into strips and arrange them in a greased baking pan.
Pour the vegetable mixture over them. Spread well and pour some water. Bake at 200°C for 20-25 minutes.
Remove the casserole from the oven, sprinkle it with grated yellow cheese and place it back into the oven to finish baking.
The colorful summer dish is ready.
