Heat the oil and fry the crushed onions and chopped in bulk peppers. Once braised well, sprinkle with pepper, stir briefly and add pre cleaned and finely chopped tomatoes.
Optionally you can peel them beforehand. Add the peeled and diced potatoes. Allow the dish to boil until the tomato sauce is reduced slightly.
Then, season with all the spices and then 5-10 minutes later, add slightly beaten eggs, do not stir too much. After 5-10 minutes, remove from heat and add crumbled cheese.
