In a little oil stew the roasted and peeled peppers, which you've cut as you like. After the peppers stew a bit, add the yoghurt.
Simmer the yoghurt with the peppers for about 10 minutes, then add the eggs beaten in advance, add garlic to taste (it's an optional ingredient), salt and if it's too runny, you can thicken it with flour.
