Ingredients

  • zucchini - 1 pc., 7 oz (200 g)
  • eggs - 1 pc., size L
  • cottage cheese - 7 oz (200 g)
  • parmesan - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • dill - 1/4 bunch
  • keto breadcrumbs - about 2.5 oz (70 g) of almond flour or grinded nuts
  • salt - 1 pinch
  • oil - for spreading

How to make

For these keto patties, the zucchini is peeled and grated. It is squeezed to the maximum.

Put the cottage cheese in a bowl, crack the egg and mix. Add the parmesan and mix again.

Then it's time for the zucchini and dill. Mix well and add the breadcrumbs in parts.

The mixture is formed into zucchini patties, which are then lightly greased with oil on both sides.

Arrange them on baking paper and bake at 390°F (200°C), by occasionally turning the keto zucchini and cheese patties on the other side to bake.
