How to make
Cook the peas and strain them from the water, set them aside to cool.
Finely chop the garlic and leeks. Heat oil and add a pinch of salt, fry the vegetables until soft. You can add more garlic if you like the taste.
Strain the leeks and garlic. Add them to the peas.
Pour the cream, peas with leeks and garlic, parsley and grated Parmesan into a blender.
Grind, but do not make a completely smooth mixture. Vegetable bits should remain.
Serve with bruschetta or toast.
The peas and leeks spread is ready.
