How to make
The pumpkin is peeled and grated. You can also use a chopper, but it becomes much smaller and does not feel as pleasant as when grated.
Beat the milk, eggs, sugar and vanilla with a mixer. Then they are mixed with the pumpkin. They are poured into a tray.
The resulting mixture is baked at 360°F (180°C) with a fan until done.
It is ready when a light crust similar to the one on Crème Caramel is obtained.
