How to make
The pumpkin is cleaned and cut into pieces and boiled with 2.8 oz (80 g) of sugar. The pumpkin is then blended.
Heat the milk and the remaining sugar until the sugar melts. Add the pumpkin puree, stir and leave it on low heat.
The yolks are mixed with the starch and vanilla. Pour 1-2 ladles of the hot pumpkin mixture into them.
Then mix it on the stove and stir until it thickens. Distribute it in cups and let it cool. You can optionally serve it with whipped cream.
