Ingredients

  • chicken breast - 1 pc.
  • salt - to taste
  • black pepper - to taste
  • olive oil
  • pancetta - 16 strips thinly sliced
  • gouda - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • carrots - 1 pc.
  • red peppers - 1 pc.

How to make

Make 4 chicken breast schnitzels. Pound the meat with a hammer and salt them on both sides.

Put a little oil on 4 sheets of foil. Arrange the pancetta (pancetta) on the foil, the same length and width as the schnitzels.

Place the schnitzels on top of the pancetta and place a strip of gouda in the middle and a strip of carrots and peppers around it.

Roll up the chicken rolls and secure them with the foil. Put water in a pot and when it boils, put the rolls in the water and boil for 10 minutes.

Remove them from the foil and bake the chicken rolls with pancetta and carrots in the oven on all sides.
