Ingredients

  • large field mushrooms - 8 - 10 pcs.
  • garlic - 1 clove
  • butter - 1 tbsp.
  • pancetta - 1.75 oz (50 g)
  • parmesan - 1.75 oz (50 g)

How to make

Clean the mushrooms and remove their stumps.

Cut pancetta into cubes.

In each mushroom place a little butter, pancetta and finely chopped garlic.

Bake them in a preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes in a baking tray with a little water.

Take them out and sprinkle them with Parmesan cheese. Place them back in the oven and turn it off.

Serve the stuffed mushrooms warm.
