How to make
In 50 ml of water dissolve the gelatin to swell for about 10 minutes.
Heat the cream in a saucepan (it should not boil).
Add the sugar and chocolate and stir until the chocolate melts and a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
Add gelatin to this mixture. Stir again to dissolve. Finally, add the milk.
Pour the finished mixture into bowls and place it in the refrigerator for 5-6 hours.
When the liquid hardens, place the bowl in warm water for one minute.
Turn the panna cotta onto a plate and sprinkle it with crushed hazelnuts.
The panna cotta with chocolate and hazelnuts is ready.
