How to make
Boil the fresh goat's milk.
Remove it from the heat, cover the pot with the lid and leave it for 10-15 minutes.
The temperature of the milk should be 100-110°F (40-45°C).
It is best to measure with a thermometer, but not everyone has one at home, so you can do the following - dip a finger in the milk. If the finger can withstand the heat, then it is good.
The sourdough should be 1 of 5 percent, or 1 liter of milk with 2 spoons of plain yogurt.
Put the specified amount of yogurt in a bowl and in this case it is 10 tbsp., add a small amount of milk and mix well until homogeneous.
Add the finished mixture to the remaining milk.
Mix well and pour it into jars, which need to be closed after.
Leave the jars with homemade yogurt for 3-4 hours in a warm place.
In this case, I put them in the microwave, closed it and kept them there until morning.
