How to make
Beat the eggs with a pinch of salt and add the liquid sweetener, yogurt and quark cheese.
Continue to beat with a mixer until a smooth and homogeneous mixture is obtained.
Add the flour along with the vanilla, protein powder and baking powder. I also added a spoonful of husk. Mix well until they are completely absorbed.
Prepare a small baking pan (20 cm diameter) lined with baking paper. Pour the mixture and place fruits of sugar-free raspberry jam in places.
You can also add other berries - fresh or from jam.
Bake the dietary cake in a preheated oven at 340°F (170°C) until golden brown.
