Ingredients

  • low - fat cottage cheese - 2.2 lb (1 kg)
  • eggs - 4 pcs.
  • egg whites - 2 pcs.
  • bananas - 6 pcs.
  • cranberries - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • instant drink - 1/3 tsp. (strawberry)
  • stevia - 1 tsp.

How to make

Beat the eggs and the egg whites. Add the cottage cheese and blend until you get a smooth mixture.

Divide the mixture in two. Mix the instant drink in one of the bowls.

Blend 3 bananas and add them to the other mixture and mix. Add the stevia and stir.

Pour this mixture into a cake pan. Cut 3 bananas into circles and arrange them right on the mixture and try to form a thick layer of bananas.

Pour the pink mixture over it. Blend the cranberries in a blender and distribute them evenly on top.

Bake in a water bath for 20 minutes. Once we take the cake out and it cools down, place it in the refrigerator for 10-12 hours.
