How to make
This is an easy to prepare healthy cake, without sugar and white flour. You can try it without remorse, and you can also treat your guests.
Mash a peeled banana into a puree with a fork. Beat the eggs in a bowl with a fork. Oats are poured with hot fresh milk and left to soften for 5 minutes.
Mix with the eggs, add carob or cocoa powder, coconut flour and baking powder. Mix.
The cake mixture is poured into a cake tin with a diameter of 8″ (20 cm).
Sprinkle the cake with crushed nuts on top, in my case with hazelnuts and walnuts.
Bake the cake in a heated oven at 360°F (180°C) for about 35 minutes.
To make sure the cake is baked, test with a toothpick. If it comes out dry, it's baked.
Remove the floor-free cake and cool it on a wire rack.
Melt the dark chocolate with a little fresh milk and decorate on top.
Decorate with fresh strawberries, coconut flakes and fresh mint leaves.
