Ingredients

  • avocado - 2 pcs. (medium - sized)
  • maple syrup - 1/2 cup
  • almond flour - 1 cup
  • cocoa powder - 2 tbsp.
  • For rolling
  • cocoa powder - 1/2 cup
  • coconut shavings - 1/2 cup

How to make

Pit and peel the avocados.

In a bowl, mash the avocados and add the almond flour, cocoa and maple syrup to it. Stir well.

Using an ice cream scoop, scoop the mixture into balls, which you then roll in coconut shavings and cocoa powder.

Store them in the freezer.

Take out and leave the vegan candies at room temperature for a few minutes before serving.
