How to make
Beat the egg on a plate.
Put breadcrumbs on another plate and cornstarch on a third.
Squeeze the peppers because they could have juice inside.
Roll first in the cornstarch, then in the egg and last in the breadcrumbs.
Fry the breaded peppers in hot oil until nicely golden brown.
Remove the delicious quick dish on kitchen paper, then serve the breaded peppers without flour, both hot and cold.
