How to make
First, pour the gelatin packets into 3 cups of water and let it swell.
During this time, start preparing the 1st cream.
For it, mix all the ingredients in a bowl and stir.
Dissolve one gelatin in a water bath and add it to the mixture. Mix well again and pour the resulting chocolate cream into a greased cake tin with a removable bottom.
Leave it in the freezer and in the meantime prepare the 2nd cream.

Take out the tray, pour the 2nd cream and place it back into the freezer again.
Start making the 3rd cream. Blend the blueberries. Mix the rest of the products, add the blueberries to them and mix. Dissolve the last gelatin again. Add it to the mixture and stir.
Take out the cake tin with the protein cake, pour the last cream and put it in the freezer again for 10-15 minutes.
Take out the healthy cake, decorate it with products of choice and leave it in the refrigerator for a few hours or a day to set.
