How to make
In a bowl, beat the eggs and cottage cheese for the cake. Add the agave syrup, vanilla, lemon juice, oil, baking powder and tapioca starch. Stir well, until smooth mixture is obtained.
Peel the apples, cut them into large pieces and pour them into the mixture. Mix lightly.
Put a piece of baking paper in a small rectangular baking pan and pour the mixture in it.
Bake the protein apple cake at 390°F (200 degrees) for about 25 minutes.
Serve the apple cake the next day, because then it is firmer and tastier.
