How to make
Grate the apples on a coarse grater. Squeeze them lightly to strain the juice. The apples are mixed with walnuts and cinnamon.
In a separate bowl, beat the soft butter with the sugar and eggs. Add the flour sifted with baking powder. Beat, until a homogeneous mixture is obtained and mix it with the apples.
Pour the mixture into a greased and floured mold for a cake tin.
Bake it at 360°F (180 degrees) for 35-40 minutes. When the apple cake is ready, leave it to cool and sprinkle it with powdered sugar.
