Ingredients

  • eggs - 4 pcs. XL
  • yogurt - 10.5 oz (300 g), low % fat
  • quark - 7 oz (200 g)
  • liquid sweetener - equivalent to 2.1 oz (60 g) of sugar
  • raspberry jam - no sugar
  • vanilla powder - 2 powders (0.2 g each) or essence
  • protein powder - 1.1 oz (30 g) vanilla flavored
  • rice flour - 2 tbsp. (from brown rice)
  • almond flour - 2 tbsp.
  • corn starch - 1 tbsp.
  • baking powder - 1 tsp.
  • salt - 1 pinch

How to make

Beat the eggs with a pinch of salt and add the liquid sweetener, yogurt and quark cheese.

Continue to beat with a mixer until a smooth and homogeneous mixture is obtained.

Add the flour along with the vanilla, protein powder and baking powder. I also added a spoonful of husk. Mix well until they are completely absorbed.

Prepare a small baking pan (20 cm diameter) lined with baking paper. Pour the mixture and place fruits of sugar-free raspberry jam in places.

You can also add other berries - fresh or from jam.

Bake the dietary cake in a preheated oven at 340°F (170°C) until golden brown.
