How to make
Beat 1 egg and 1 egg white in a bowl, add 1/2 banana and mash it.
Then add the vanilla protein, 1/20 of cottage cheese, 1/2 of flour and 1 tsp. baking powder and stir.
In another bowl, do the same with the rest of the products.
In a baking pan, first pour the vanilla mixture and then the chocolate mixture.
Bake the protein cake in an oven preheated to 390°F (200°C) until done (~ 25 min).
