How to make
Put the chocolate cake layer in a form with a removable bottom (or a ring for cakes). Drizzle it with a little sweetened milk.
Separately, mix the whipped cream with the liquid chocolate well. Mix and beat with the melted chocolate ice cream, spread the mixture on the cake layer and smooth it out well. Arrange the raspberries and crush the chocolate.
Add a second layer, lightly soak it in milk and finish off with the plain ice cream. Make a decoration on top to your liking and you can pipe out a little of the whipped cream and garnish it with fruit.
Place the finished ice cream cake in the freezer.
