How to cook
Mix and beat the sugar, vanilla and eggs. Sift the dry ingredients - baking powder, salt and flour. Add them to the liquid in portions.
Divide the coffee cake mixture into two parts. Put the coconut shavings in one.
Dissolve the coffee with the water and add it to the second part of the mixture. Add 2 tbsp. flour, mix.
First pour the white mixture into the sponge cake tin - in the center. Then pour the brown one. Alternate until they run out.
Bake the two-color cake for 40 minutes at 340°F (170°C).
