Beat 4 egg whites with the 4 tablespoons sugar and 4 tablespoons of flour with a mixer until homogeneous. First pour the yellow cream in a preheated cake form, in which you've put a little oil and flour.
Sprinkle the top with chopped nuts and cocoa. Cover with the egg white cream and bake in a moderate oven.
