How to make
Put the oil, salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, ginger, flour, a little of the beer and mix well.
Grease the baking pan with oil, add the lamb and pour the remaining beer over it.
Spread the marinade on the lamb on both sides. Chop the garlic and place it on top of the meat. Put aluminum foil on the baking pan and roast it for 1 hour at 390°F (200°C).
After this hour, remove the foil, pour the meat and leave it for another hour at 300°F (150°C).
After the second hour has passed, turn the lamb roast over and bake for another hour and a half at 300°F (150°C).
While the meat is roasting you can make some stewed potatoes which go very well with the lamb.
Peel and cut the potatoes. Add oil, potatoes and enough water to fill the pot halfway and stew for about 45 minutes.
Add salt, black pepper, parsley, dill and honey garlic. Don't forget to stir your roasted juicy and tender lamb periodically.
