How to make
At the bottom of two transparent coffee cups, put a spoonful and a half of condensed milk.
Add the dulce de leche on top and pour the rest over the sides of the cups to make irregular waves.
Pour in hot espresso coffee without filling to the top and finish off with the whipped cream, by making a pretty rose on top. Sprinkle with cinnamon if desired and serve it hot.
Tip: You can replace the whipped cream with milk made into foam with the special device for this purpose.
The coffee becomes quite sweet, so if you prefer it more bitter, add less dulce de leche and condensed milk.
