How to make
Peel the potatoes and dice them. Boil them thoroughly and mash them. Add the crumbled feta cheese and finely chopped dill. Stir well and cover the bottom of the oven dish evenly.
In a large saucepan melt the butter, braise the chicken fillet that's been chopped into small cubes in it.
Then add the chopped champignons to it. Once they're ready, season them with salt and black pepper.
Add the roundly sliced green onions. Saute them. Add the paprika and leave it aside.
Cover the potatoes with the chicken and mushrooms and sprinkle with the grated cheese.
Bake in a hot oven until the cheese crisps.
