How to make
Cut the cooled chicken steaks into nuggets. Season to taste with lemon juice, salt and pepper. Heat oil in a pan and put the chicken nuggets to braise.
Stir and once ready, add the grated Parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs. Fry for a minute and remove them from the heat. In a separate container, heat the milk with the cream. Cut the processed cheese into slices.
If the sauce is not thick enough, you can thicken with 1 tablespoon of starch. Once the cream sauce boils, add the spices. Finally add the sliced processed cheese, stir for a few seconds and remove.
Serve the chicken nuggets coated with the cream sauce and a green decoration as desired (chives, green peppers, parsley).
