How to make

Prepare this very easy but spectacular festive recipe in a few very simple steps.

First and foremost for it is the goat cheese to be of the creamy type, in the form of a round or square roll with a hard outer layer.

Cut it into thick slices and beat the egg slightly. Prepare the flour and both types sesame seeds separately in plates. In another plate, if you wish, you can also put sliced almonds, which you can diversify the festive plate with even more.

Dip each piece of cheese first in egg, then in flour, again in egg and finally in sesame seeds or almonds, so that a thick layer is obtained.

Put them in the oil heated on moderate to high heat and fry for a short time until nicely browned on both sides.

Take out the cheeses and place them onto a kitchen grease-absorbing paper and then arrange them on a plate or in a mosaic order - black, light or strung on skewers.

Garnish with blueberry jam and serve them warm.

Enjoy your meal!
