How to make
Wash the zucchini. Cut them in half, then slice them. Add salt and leave them for half an hour.
Pour the beer into a bowl. Add the flour and mix well with a wire whisk, by making sure not to leave any lumps in the breading.
Heat a frying pan with oil. Dip each zucchini in the beer mixture, then fry them on both sides, until they acquire a nice golden brown color.
Place the zucchini into a plate lined with kitchen paper.
Leave the fried zucchini like that for a short time, just enough for the paper to absorb the fat.
Arrange the Fried Spanish-Style Zucchini next to each other to make sure that they stay crispy.
