How to make
These skewers are a typical dish in Spanish cuisine. They can be prepared with chicken, pork and beef.
It's matter of taste. I prefer chicken for this and it is with them that I will present you this extremely delicious and easy recipe for chicken skewers.
Wash the chicken and cut it into small pieces. Put all the ingredients (except the meat) into the food processor and grind them finely.
Pour them into a bowl with a lid and add the meat. Mix well and refrigerate for a few hours, or 24 hours, even better.
Take it out and string the meat on wooden skewers.
Bake them on all sides until the meat is ready.
Take out the pinchos morunos and allow to cool slightly and serve them immediately.
