Ingredients

  • potatoes - 2 lb (1 kg)
  • onions - 2 heads
  • garlic - 5 cloves
  • sausages - 9 oz (250 g) chorizo sausage, or use ham
  • olive oil - 6 - 7 tablespoons
  • broth - 2 cups (500 ml)
  • parsley - 3 sticks
  • salt
  • black pepper - ground, to taste

How to make

Chop the garlic, onion and sausage. Peel and cut the potatoes into pieces. Heat oil and fry the potatoes, then add the garlic, onion, and finally - the sausage or ham.

Once lightly fried, add the broth and simmer for about 20 minutes to complete the softening of the potatoes.

Finally, season with salt, pepper and sprinkle it with chopped parsley.
