Ingredients

  • potatoes - 2.2 lb (1 kg)
  • eggs - 6 pcs.
  • butter - 1/2 cup (plant - based)
  • yogurt - 1/2 cup
  • white cheese - 7 oz (200 g) feta
  • baking soda - 1/2 tsp.
  • rosemary - 1 tbsp. finely chopped
  • spearmint - 5 - 6 stalks finely chopped

How to make

The potatoes are boiled and mashed.

Beat the eggs well with the butter, yogurt, crumbled white cheese and soda. Add the potatoes, rosemary, spearmint and mix well.

Add salt to taste. The gratin is baked in a non-stick baking pan for about 40 minutes at 180°C.

The gratin with rosemary and spearmint is ready.
