How to make
Pour the flour into a baking pan and make a well in the middle. Pour warm water, add dry yeast, olive oil, salt, sugar and mix well with a fork.
Scoop the flour to make a thick mixture and knead briefly into a medium soft dough. Spread it with fat, cover it with foil and leave it to rise in a warm place for 30 minutes.
The finished dough is divided into two or three parts and the thin bread is shaped according to the baking pan, either round or like an ellipse.
They are placed on baking paper, smeared with olive oil on top and pricked with fresh rosemary leaves. Bake in a preheated oven at 360°F (180°C) for about 20-25 minutes.
Take them out of the oven, spread them with oil and rub them with a clove of garlic.
Serve them warm, but they are also delicious cold.
